At Cruzi’s Corner, we take great pride in the care and quality that goes into every item we create. Each product is thoughtfully handmade with love from start to finish. Because many of our pieces are personalized just for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

Please note that air bubbles within the cup may occur naturally during shipping and handling. These are a normal and expected part of the process and do not qualify for replacement.

Damages & Order Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right. Timely communication is essential to qualify for a replacement or refund.
